Skilled Nursing:
Residents that come to Dos Palos Memorial Skilled Nursing Facility recieve a comprehensive individual plan of care to better determine the service needed. Goals are established to help achieve and maintain maximum independence. Our staff is properly trained to help families with difficult transition that they may encounter.
We also have full-time Activity and Social Services staff along with members of community churches respond to the recreational, psycho-social, and spiritual needs of the residents. Access to specialized services to help improve residents conditions: Dialysis, Annual dental check ups, Referrals to specialties, and Physical Therapy
